Hope Diamond Maine Coons is a celebrated Cat Breeder based in Milton, Florida. Our lines are European lineage, and the Cattery is registered with TICA (The International Cat Association); the world's largest genetic cat registry. We have been breeding animals since 2000, with a focus on making the transition from our loving home to yours as easy as possible. We strive to breed the best animals we can, educate their new owners and ensure these precious creatures get the love, care and attention they deserve. The Answers You Need
Can we pick up our kitten before 10 week?
No- We feel that for the health and socialization they stay with the mom for 10-12 weeks. Each kitten is individually evaluated to determine when they are ready to go to their new homes. The health and well-being of the kitten is the number one priority.
Can we wait to get our kitten spay or neutered?
Yes- however a spay/ neutered contract processed through a third party company will be part of the process. Unless they are being sold as a breeder.
Do you health test your cats?
Yes-We use Wisdom and Basepaw for DNA testing and we test for-SMA/PKD/HCM/PKdef/FIV/ FELV
What food do we feed our kittens?
We use Purina Pro Plan Kitten-it is formulated to develop brain and vision; support immune systems and minerals to build healthy teeth and bones.
What litter do you use?
I have tried a variety of litters the one that works best for our house is clumping litter. I personally do not like Crystals litter. But you will have to decide what works best for your home.
Can we come see or play with the kittens?
No- Unfortunately we are a closed cattery; because bacteria and viruses can easily be brought in our home on shoes and clothing. We can video chat to pick a kitten and discuss the process. However, we do post many pictures and videos on our Facebook page; Hope Diamond Maine coons.
Will our kittens be vaccinated and dewormed?
All kittens will receive their vaccines at 6 wks/ 9 wks/ 13 weeks; and in the rare case they are still with me again at 17 wks. And will have multiple deworming from a licensed veterinarian before they go to their new homes.
What is the cost of the kittens? And what is included?

Florida Health Certificate from a USDA certified veterinarian. To receive a health certificate the kitten will be tested and clear of all parasites, including heart worms. Tested and negative for FeLV and FIV
Pet price for kittens varies; $2800-$4500 usually. But can be more depending on if the kitten is of breeder quality.
Do the kittens come with a health guarantee?
Yes, they come with a 1 year genetic health guarantee with more details listed in the contract.
Payment options
Our Maine Coon kittens pricing starts at $2650 but goes up from there depending on color/quality. Specific pricing will be listed with each available kitten. The reservation fee of $800 is non-refundable and delivery or transportation outside of Milton, FL. is not included in the price.
We offer payment plans and even financing in some cases. We occasionally have older or adult retired cats available and their cost ranges from $1000-$2000 but can be higher or lower depending on the individual cat.
For payments on the reservation fee, we accept Venmo/cash app/Facebook pay or cashier's check.
At the time of pick-up we accept cash. If paying the balance in any form of electronic payment it must be received 2 weeks prior to pick up day.

Shipping
Shipping is available in the United States through a private nanny. The prices range from $300-$700 depending on the distance and time of year. We are willing to meet up in a public location up to 200 miles from my home at the cost of $1.00 per mile. Payment for a flight nanny is not processed through me; we will give you contact information. We can meet nanny pick-ups or the new family at the Pensacola Internation Airport.
Breeding Rights
Our breeding kittens generally start at $2500 above the pet price of the kitten. And go up from there depending on color/type etc. Reservation fee for breeding kittens is 20% of the total cost. If you are interested in breeding rights this must be discussed before a deposit is made; breeding rights will only be offered to established catteries.
